Pros
Ryaenr has many talented and capable people in its leadership and workforce. The different 'Business Units' that operate in various sectors are self-reliant, successful, dynamic, and appreciate the skills you can offer. I enjoyed working in my business area very much.
Cons
The corporate reporting system was ineffective and problematic, as it failed to provide value to Ryaenr and to oversee the Alliances team properly.
