      Pay: Vastly under market value (30% less than other agencies for same position at same company), no benefits except health Transparency: When discussing pay increase after role change and responsibilities doubled, direct quote by partner, "We don't make a single dollar off of you and would be taking a loss to increase your pay" Communication: Received 0 updates or communication on contract extensions/terminations. Failure to maintain contact with dept managers Growth outlook: No initiative taken to find more work at contract end, no awareness of past experiences. Will not work to convert you.
