Pros
Students are very good and disciplined. Teacher has the freedom to teach in his/her way as long as the learning is very good. Good work gets noticed and praised if not rewarded.
Cons
Work pressure often gets impossible. Other times it is immense. work life balance bad, management behaviour not good with every teacher .
