Pros

No pros they are fraud

Cons

They asked me to make some transactions from my personal account and the whole process looked like money laundering. I left the job on day one. Please don’t get into this trap

This company is dying

Pros

Used to be a great place to work, family feel. It can be very demanding with some insanely long days to make sure programs go off without a hitch but it was worth every minute.

Cons

Owners changed management and the CEO they brought in closed stations, laid off or fired dozens of people that had worked there for years and then he LEFT. Ruined the company and so many lives and then he left. Amazing. The company has been sold to a company in Arizona that runs illegal, has crap maintenance and cleaning crew.

Pros

You get to meet lots of people on the various shuttles.

Cons

The pay rate never increases no matter how long you've worked for the company and no overtime. You're only paid from the time that the client steps on the coach until the time that you drop the client off; one hour of travel time paid per day (30 minutes in the beginning and 30 minutes at the end of the shift) no matter how long it takes you to get back to the yard. Driver camaraderie is obsolete. Drivers are sent out on assignments without any directions most times and seldom will they receive an address for the location of their pick-up. Drivers training is a joke! Dispatchers spend more time gossiping and creating hostile environments for fellow employees, than they do anything else. Favoritism by management in work assignments leaving drivers under utilized . Constant high turnover rate due to a lack of work for the drivers. Drivers are hired full-time but work part-time hours. Benefits are granted to drivers after a 90 day probation only if they work 40 hours a week; at extremely high premium rates in which the drivers can't afford to pay; especially if they have a family ($655.32 Bi-Weekly Medical Only). Coaches body damage and constant breakdowns while in service making clients upset; therefore the drivers get the verbal abuse.
