      DOOR TO DOOOOORRRRR!!!!!

      Everyone was kind and enthusiastic.

      Cons

      1. Your will be going door to door to sell AT &T cable and internet, which they basically hide from you. 2. You are expected to dress business official at the office but then change to casual to go out and literally knock on people’s doors. 3. You have to use your own car. 4. You will knock on at least 40 doors in one day, and you’ll knock on them up to 3 times that one day! Can you imagine someone knocking at your door three separate times?! 5. They make it seem like you don’t have to work on a Saturday but trust me, you will! 6. Get to the office at 10:30, play games then head out at about 11. Your workday does not end until 7:15. 7. I don’t know how the other employees do it.

      Pros

      Nothing, just had to hit a five word minimum

      Cons

      Door to door sales Ludicrous hours No pay, like at all, which they continuously lie about. This includes ZERO reimbursement for gas (you have to drive all day long on your own dime trying to sell a product no one wants) Basically a bunch of 30 somethings taking advantage of a bunch of 20 somethings This place is owned and run by liars and I recommend you stay FAR away unless you like having a job with no pay, no benefits, and no dignity

Our entry-level position does involve lead-provided B2C sales. In business, you can never please everyone. The vast majority of our team members thoroughly enjoy their experience here at Ryckatyk, hence the positive reviews. We have no fake reviews, but appreciate your concern there. The sales and marketing industry, as all fields are, is not for everyone. For those who are genuinely interested in learning the ropes of this industry, this position is incredibly rewarding.       Why not learn about face to face sales and how a business is ran!

      Pros

      Team atmosphere, great energy, great people! I learn how to interact with people on a day to day basis wether it's face to face with our customers, learning and teaching prouduct knowledge for at&t in the office. Best part about it i'm getting paid to learn how to run a business.

      Cons

      Not easy it's actually a challenge to do well around here.
