Pros
My experience at Rydoo was so negative, i got depressed during my time, so i cant put any pros
Cons
- Was hired, with no actual work objective / plan - Toxic work culture (first day, was told that one of the head devs was the "office ****" ( i cant use the word that was actually used, but you can guess) , who coicendatentlly was one of the nicest people in the office (not that should matter) - was hired with minimal experience in devops, being told i would have training, both from workshops and in house training (neither turned out to be true) - hiring manager quit after two months, and someone was elevated to management role, who had no managerial skills at all - Rather then hire people who know their subject matter 100% (including my self in that) they hire mostly people out of university with zero experience - HR appear to be only there to hire and fire, when i came with a genunine complaint about something, they did nothing!
