Pros

Coworker's are great, management is horrible. Most unstable and irrational person I have ever had the displeasure of working under. Board does nothing to corral this person. Turnover rate is unbelievable because of Christine.

Cons

Management is unbelievably unprofessional. Staff are unable to speak their minds about her for fear of losing their jobs. Do not waste your time here. This could be a great place to be if Christine was no longer there. Highly suggest you look somewhere else, if you do not you will be looking for a job in 6 months guaranteed.

Pros

There is a lot to learn from some of the previous faculty. Plenty of Freedom throughout the work day Great coworkers

Cons

Management prioritizes the after school program more than the actual nature preservation. As such many days are spent trying to make it more comfortable for the children rather than actual caring for the grounds.
