      Pros

      - Personally get to do a lot of different tasks and learn a lot of new things - Everyone I work with is great and the culture here is great - I feel like everything I do is appreciated by my peers and managers and being smaller I can see the difference my impact makes - My career path has been helped by working here. Not only because of learning new things and Rypen's growing, but because management has noticed my strong suits. - Working at the Galleria provides a pleasant and unique atmosphere - We have a good WFH structure

      Cons

      - We're always evolving and having to move and adapt quickly. To some I can see this probably a negative, but I've found it rewarding.

      Pros

      - young, energetic and motivated team - talented leadership and employee dedication - strong vision for the future - getting attention and gaining respect on a national level - building a high-level design collaboration - new and exciting opportunities every day

      Cons

      - fast-moving and evolving at overwhelming speed (which isn't actually a negative) - it's still a start-up so nothing is handed to you, but totally worth the effort

      Pros

      - Trendy office space in a converted warehouse in growing NE Mpls. - Endless opportunity to grow and flexibility to instill change. - Wonderful co-workers who are friendly and hard working - Fast paced, never a dull moment - Management is honest and fair and is passionate about growing the business - Software is custom and can grow and change based on changing needs of business. Now 4 people developing the tools.

      Cons

      - Processes are finally starting to be implemented - Employees may have to perform other tasks outside of their silo to help fill gaps when required. Some weeks are busier then others. - Fast paced, never a dull moment - Like many "startup" sized companies, there is a lot of work.
