Pros

Great coworkers who really care about the kids. Four day work week is also quite nice.

Cons

Management often asked too much of behavioral specialists, and I was put in situations where I was physically assaulted by clients due to low staff ratio. Management also brushed off concerns routinely and treated BHCs as manpower and didn’t take feedback from us. We were also talked down to by management and made to do far more than our job responsibilities (IOP, notes while transporting cx) with no extra pay. When we would voice concerns, we were often told that ‘that was the job’ and that we could leave if we wanted.
