      Its a great place for experience - but you should definitely look for other jobs!

      Pros

      It's a place for learning! From someone not in the accounting industry, I learned a lot from T4/T5s, T3s, T2s, T1s and many different applications.

      Cons

      Some micromanagement especially with putting in your timesheet. I found it to be very awkward socializing with some of the tenured employers. It's ALL WORK! there is no work-life balance that does not exist. You can CHOOSE to have a balance but when speaking to others you feel weird for having a life. Compensation is very very low compared to competitors. It's very hard to get raises and bonuses are very low. Not worth the amount of work.

      There are absolutely no pros of working here.

      Cons

      You will be unbelievably overworked. Don't be surprised if you are told you are not working enough hours even though you are working well over 60-70 hours a week. People here reminded me of High School bullies. All intermediate and senior staff had their own friend groups and made it well known that you were not included. So much gossip it seemed like no one liked one another. This was the least supportive group of individuals I have ever worked with. Not only unsupportive, but made you feel "less than" if you tried to ask questions. This was the most toxic work environment I have ever been in. They do not care about your well-being nor mental health. They just care about the bottom line and they make it painfully obvious.
