Here at S.D. Professionals, the job itself is a masterstroke of design. The structure of the company is such that I enjoy both the freedom to initiate designs as I see fit but also have a supportive team to push me creatively. The work is constant but in a good way. As a designer, I like to keep busy and have multiple outlets to express myself creatively, I get that luxury here. My designs have real-world implications and it is gratifying when I can be a part of something larger that helps my company succeed. I feel at home here. For a small company, we are very diverse and as someone who just moved to this country a few years ago, it is so important to me to feel at ease and I do...every day.
Cons
They have a bad misconception about what a kebab really is but I am working to get them up to par quickly. Mostly by bringing the real thing to office parties. It's not just meat on a stick people.
