      Pros

      You have many profits. Discounts work all over Finland and even Estonia. you get bonuses every month just by using company's bank account. always get a support and have an ability to work in international team.

      Cons

      in my area there is an issue that they have enough workers and it is not always that you might find a job. In North Karelia it is a leading work company and we have thousands workers in different fields. and if that happened that you are looking for job, there is simply a risk that you will not find anything and need to move.
