      Pros

      An incredible environment to work in; if you're looking to truly grow, this is the place for you. The staff is incredibly gracious; and the senior members of the company are available for guidance and mentorship if need be. The company prizes its residents/clients over all else. Truly a great place to work.

      Cons

      Because SW Management is always seeking to go above and beyond when it comes to servicing its residents, some days can be particularly anxiety ridden. But then after all, one must appreciate their commitment to the mission of providing the best quality of care and service to their residents.
