      Pros

      Few. Ok quality & lead time but pricing very high compared to competitors. Ok starting base but bonus won’t happen.

      Cons

      Coworkers resent new hires creating more work for them to do the new biz quotes. Management not supportive nor in touch with competitors pricing. Very difficult to get samples or quotes in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Large company with no personal care for their employees. Owner is absentee Run with no loyalty to employees. VP of Sales is a heartless untalented bully. They buy smaller companies offer a better work environment an then fire the whole company solely to acquire their sales
