Pros

Agree with others on a terrible company to work for. Pros: Location, coffee machine, free soda, ... that's about it.

Cons

Management are micro-managers and don't allow employee to do their work. Toxic environment caused by management gossiping and personal attacking employees in front of other employees. As with most companies, no attention to contributions to company; only mistakes.

Coworkers are very helpful, central location make it easy to get to work. Not very many competitors in this industry.

Cons

Work environment is toxic, employees are not treated with respect. Very high employee turnover, no room for advancement. Benefits are not very good.

Management and administration are difficult to work with father and son fighting continuously make the environment very stressful owner of the company does not believe in giving his employees raises every year and this man is always yelling at the employees
