      Pros

      Fine environment, lovely colleagues yet flow frequently. Different departments you can choose to work for. Perfect place if you enjoy cold-calling.

      Cons

      The company is too much concerned about the financial performance, instead of the service to customers. All the so called "follow-ups" are aiming at another round of selling different products.

      Pros

      - Nice office - Good EQ training, cause you will get tortured and yelled at by the owner. - A good relationship with colleagues. - Learn a lot of knowledge because they have a lot of services. - There is birthday money spent (around $70 for buying food to share) - You can apply for overtime pay

      Cons

      - The owner/boss is crazy. (main problem) - Punch in and out to work. - Extreme micromanagement by the owner (need to log your work every hour) - Crazy turnover rate by month - Low paid - Unreasonable workload - Don't know how to use people's talent - Not many companies benefit - No work from home - The owner doesn't trust the employee - Every week there is 2 townhall meeting and you need to present how to improve yourself
