No job security, you can get fired any time. For some teams, work life balance is bad and for some people its good Politics Only spoons can get good work whether they are brilliant or not. Some people do work of others and some show off as they have done all things alone,Also they will hire you as Java developer and deploy you on php project and ruin your career.More privlages are give to Old Senior person such as they can keep there laptop in office do work from home.They don't care about employee health and life.Hire and Fire technology solution company.If you are good in politics then you can join otherwise nothing else.Poor management ,In this covid situation they are asking employee to come office and do your work. People have no standard . No class. People come in office wearing chappals, sandals. No code of conduct. Coming to office wearing unironed tshirts/shirts. Some people coming to office in messy attire. Even the manager is like that. No proper proces follow. They say something else and ask to do something else. No proper training for thir so called cheap standard ATS "Ceipal". Which does not fetch good result. Just wastage of time. They will make sure your profile won't go ahead to their so called 1-2 clients. They reject your profile internallly so that you wont earn incentives. They bypass your good profile and showing to the client. So that they can save recruiter incentives. No transparency in work. No good work culture and work discipline. All would start working on the same requirement irrespective of whom is being allocated to a specific reqs. No good clients. Most of the reqs are either inactive or fake reqs. Just for the sake of. Time waste meeting is there in the day start and EOD. Which is not at all required. If the process is aligned.Stay away. All the good reviews are written by HR or by their resources working.Worst job ever seen in my life. No any management. No any working environment... Within one week employee working 24 hrs...no holidays,no job security, next day you are fire if you are not obey the order off CEO. THE COMPANY CEO directly thretend you,No value for your hard working finaly they treated like labor no leave approval,if you are late for 10 to 15 minuate consider as a half day..even manager and ceo not technical knowledge..
