Managment and executives seem to not care. Budgets are slashed. Good personnel are let go for no reason. Metrics are often unrealistic or non reflective of the state of a property. Paradoxically the metric heavy focus often seems to lead away from things which benefit the property. Managment should also not freeze budgets when a property reaches its goals. It prevents the maintaining, which is often saves money in the long run, of the property and ends up setting things back to square one.
