Pros

Medical benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Team Leads are disrespectful and rude; company is not employee driven and I do not feel valued; supervisors give conflicting instructions and you can not get assistance when needed. I leave feeling frustrated almost daily. Pay is not great. Call centers are challenging enough without having unsupportive leadership.

Pros

They will work with your schedule if you have kids

Cons

Poor management. They start you out with one client. Overtime they will load you up with mutiple clients at least 25 to only be making 10 an hour. You take pulse which is complaints for different corporations like steak n shake, checkers. People are bashing you all day. Complainig about nothing. When you get off that call thet expect you to be jolly and pleasant with a coach or carters order. EVERYONE THERE IS MISERABLE. The energy is toxic. The only people who may seem to be exceeding is upper level management. Which is white people. The coworkers refer to this place as modern slavery. If you stay a couple minutes over from break whatever the case may be they will come looking for you. I stayed there a year and just quit cold turkey. You literally run from the phones when you clock in. Management isnt helpful. If a customer wants to speak to a manager they take forever to come. People quit everyday and all they do is feed people lies.

Made you be on camera all day, management plays favorites and will treat the "quiet ones" like outcasts
