Pros
Challenging work, amazing learning opportunity about the internet, dockers, CI/CD etc. Great colleagues, small company atmosphere.
Cons
strong emphasis on work from home, I prefer to work in office, but I guess this is due to restrictions in singapore. Some of the old node.js codes written by former developers are really bad, so we have to refactor them in python.
