      Good entry level job but that's about it

      Pros

      Many activities amongst the team and company wide (less due to covid but still semi-present) Work on many different clients Several department to choose from Study friendly Well integrated Upper management is transparent Able to meet your manager frequently to discuss issues or concerns

      Never doing enough work Low salary, not as competitive as once was Burned myself the first year or 2 and was sanctioned due to a bad quarter Limited in my work, cannot do other things that I'd like to develop my skills further Not feeling valued I was promised a lot of things that I never heard of again Departments are divided on a social level a lot of people joining/leaving Bad discipline in SD

      Great culture, lots of activities, fun colleagues, work from home, perfect job to learn, work hard and

      Cons

      Management has got to improve their way of treating employees equally and not only their preferred ones, there is also a ''gang'' that is close to management and if your not part of it that's unfortunate for you. The salary is not close to what the market is right now. The On call rotation is really bad, not paid enough and not viable for their employees. Teams workload are not at all well-balanced. Being valued for your work is kinda hard.
