      Pros

      Sulzer US treats its employees with care and respect. Everyone's voice matters. Management understands the value of having a personal life, and offers great benefits to reflect that: Flexible hours, PTO and sick days, casual attire, and more. They organize outings to spend time together outside of work, and celebrate basically everything--birthdays, holidays, baby announcements, etc.

      Cons

      Since we celebrate a lot, we eat cake a lot. (Though, I also see this as a Pro.)

      Pros

      Sulzer US has a very cool office space. Management works with employees to build career paths. Employees are actively participating and building the company culture. Lastly, the flexibility is helpful for when life happens.
