It is rare to find a company that cares equally about the financial success and the cultural success of the organization. SA Ignite is that company. It is a group of smart, driven professionals who are focused on a high growth rate while keeping in mind professional development and employee satisfaction.
Cons
A high growth rate means that sometimes roles and responsibilities can be blurred. If you need to have a set definition for your contributions and are not willing to tackle new responsibilities/collaborate to figure out the path forward, it may not be the right fit.
