      - Team work in highest level. - All type of people from different backgrounds & cultures ..... by the end it is international company - different experiences & ideas are welcomed. - best company to appreciate its employees. - young leadership

      Cons

      - you need to have a different skills especially in communication. - most of meetings & discussion will be via Skype it will be annoying with different time zone.

      Great exposure, superb training on the job, very demanding but fair. I have truly enjoyed working with a very diverse and inclusive team from all over the world.

      Cons

      Long hours, demanding and sometimes bureaucratic processes that make the company less agile to respond quickly to changing market conditions.
