Having to work/communicate with County representatives and other serve providers can be chaotic. Some people do their job better and different than others so there was always a sense of judgement between those working on the same case. Don't let other service providers tell you how to do your job and don't do their job for them. You'll learn all about this and how to handle it if you accept the position.
ADVICE: Just document everything (Save emails, phone logs, and texts) so you cover your butt if something goes down and someone tries blaming you for a mistake.
-You are pretty much always on the clock, but thats just a given with this job.
-Tons of miles on your own vehicle (They do have a company van if ever needed)
-I would say you need a graduate degree to really grow with the company, but it also depends on experience
-Pay was OKAY. There are some other places that pay more, but they lack the benefits SAFY provides.
-So many changes to documentation and program requirements.
