There are none. The management has no idea at all of how to run a company.

Cons

They keep changing their name as they are habituated to committing corporate crimes. As of now, they go by the name SAIS. Their business is down and all they do is give false hopes to the employees that they are a strong company. Their work culture is very pathetic and the management is a bunch of losers, who can't keep their word.
