Pros

Unfortunately not a lot that is good about this place, oh - some dry pierogi once a fortnight that you're expected to be thankful for... that's about it,

Cons

I urge anyone thinking of joining this company to think twice, rule by fear leadership, hire & fire culture & toxicity is rampant. The CEO doesn't listen to feedback, everyone can see the holes in this leaky bucket but no one will plug them for fear of getting wet. Comply of get out mentality, the CEO completely ignores valid questions that are being asked in All Hands. They aren't growing organically & customer churn is through the roof.

Pros

The company is open to hire people without experience and give them the possibility to learn. People were great, supportive and helpful. Decent work life balance.

Cons

New management, after a year in, still don't understand the business. Because of not data driven decisions, sales floor was struggling to build pipeline, match market demand. Some recent hires, who are somehow related to managers, receive salaries up to three times higher and additional benefits compared to their peers. Despite lacking performance results, they remain employed, raising concerns about fairness and morale. In the workplace, there's a concerning trend where some individuals claim others' achievements as their own, undermining team morale and trust. Additionally, certain employees excessively flatter managers, and this behavior goes unchecked, fostering an environment of favoritism. If raising all of the following topics, CEO will give a chatGPT generated speech.
