As a writer, I experienced a serious lack of support and structure. There was no accountability, and management often spoke negatively about other employees, creating a toxic environment. Writers are treated more like content machines than creatives, with little regard for burnout, fair compensation, or sustainable workloads. When I asked for help, I was met with, "How much longer can you handle it?"—a clear sign that well-being wasn't a priority. The CEO often acts unaware of the internal issues, but it’s hard to ignore that the company consistently puts profit over people. If you value your creativity and passion for writing, be prepared to lose both here.
