Everything. VERY Poor management and leadership is the number one problem here. Manager doesn’t greet employees and will even walk past you without saying hi. She’s fake and acts like she cares when she doesn’t. Supervisor is very unorganized. The two “leads” act as “supervisors” and get away with a lot. They ask you personal questions and have one on one meetings with you as if they were the ones in charge. Supervisor and manager give their work to the two leads which in turn makes them believe they are above everyone and they are the ones in charge. Don’t even walk away from your desk to get water, you will get questioned as to why you were away for long from answering the phones. Micromanaged to the max and they play favorites. One employee got questioned as to why she was in the bathroom for 10 minutes. You are NOT allowed to have a conversation with another employee unless you are a lead and are part of their “circle.” You get in trouble if you talk because they just want you on the phone. This place needs new management and are understaffed. All they care about are numbers.

The biggest con is that there are few regular full-time positions available. Most of the full-time positions they offer are Limited-Term. Generally these Limited Term positions are renewed after a year or two, and offer most of the same benefits as regular positions, but still there is that lack of security and commitment to you as an employee that comes from being called "Limited Term".
