Useless for ambitious people from premier institutes, good for diploma engineers. full of politics and flatterings

Pros

Comfortable work culture, not much work pressure, bosses aren't arrogant and dictators. Therefore, best for people doing their correspondence master degree. Best for people with diploma and correspondence B.E. Salary on time, generally on last day of month.

Cons

Zero learning. Contractor is dominant. No professionalism. No respect for people with talent and anaylitical skills (they would be suppressed). Third class company for people from IITs and NITs. Salary structure not that good. Bonus part is just fake. Plus, the worst part is flatterers are very successful. SARE doesn't know how maximum can be taken out from staff. Every low grade person is involved in bribery e.g. land disputes.
