Pros
Power Ring capacitors - potentially a great future for this product line. Mostly friendly and respectful. Relatively new facility. Clean! Good cross-training so people don't get bored.
Cons
No real HR trained people who understand confidentiality - EVERYTHING hits the gossip circle. What company doesn't have those people who talk dirt behind others' backs? No 401K contribution. Keeps downsizing.
