Pros

Unfortunately there is nothing positive to say about this company

Cons

- manager is on top of developers to see if we are doing our work - which we are - yet she pretends to be working or in meetings(has empty meetings which she is never online), while saying stuff like "I will work in my car while I drop off my daughter" which is not possible since it was a 6 hour drive north - management likes to give feedback on how to do your job but has no idea how to do their job at all - nepotism is strong in this company, ie hiring "senior" consultants who can't code the most basic of things. Perhaps "senior" only refers to their age and not competence - other teams constantly breaking apis by removing required fields/endpoints instead of versioning them - 20k different slack channels and firefighting/on call issues being created in Jira with no one knowing who owns what, half of the time ar least - company meetings during lunch but not providing us with free lunch - on the rare case that food is provided for a big event, it's either moldly cheese and crackers or the worst, cheapest pizza they can find - company limiting food travel allowance to only max of 120kr, also jo paid travel time outside of 9-5 working hours - direct management punishes you to rate yourselves and your peers when you give management feedback on how to improve - ambiguous "min plan" where you need to rate yourself on endless questions and it will only be used against you during salary review - management loves AI slop to create more bugs - no real salary increase, if any, at all - moving to a smaller office where you MUST share your space with random people (example think 10 chairs/desks but 30 employees and you still need to come to work 3 times a week)

Pros

Not many pros left unfortunately. I would say your coworkers, but seems like people are abandoning the ship at this point.

Cons

•Management. •Company tries to take advantage of you in order not to compensate for your precious time. •None existing career ladder. •Don’t care about your opinion. •Terrible salary development and has nothing to do with your actual delivery.

Pros

- nothing good about this company

Cons

- incredibly low salary - bad benefits - laying off 40+ people across 3 offices - none of the rooms have good ventilation, so you get headaches after 5 minutes from breathing in other people's exhales - values which they don't value themselves, ie transparency, yet they don't release the PowerPoint slides when they announced the lay offs of people who didn't deserve it - a value like "smart med fart" when it's more just "dumb utan fart" for all of the C levels - no actual salary increase and never a bonus, unlike other banks
