      Pros

      Generally good workplace. They try to be fair to everyone. Lots of people will enjoy working here. Free breakfast and lunch as well

      They don’t offer a lot of flexibility around the work style. I get it might be a bit hard being a manufacturing company

      Get to work in sports The actual job was quite cool

      Cons

      If you’re anything but a yes man they will figure out a way to push you out. On more than one occasion employees were sacked due to fabricated evidence. Coincidentally this was shortly after reporting members of management to HR. This job destroyed my mental health. HR don’t follow proper procedures and then fabricate evidence of those procedures being followed. Super toxic culture
