Firstly- Incredible boss! He manages without favouritism. He cares. He seeks to help you rather than prevent you from succeeding. He doesn’t judge you harshly. He repeats the same thing without losing patience. Then there’s the CEO. I’ve never met a CEO willing to chat to his colleagues so casually like this one. 100% top notch individual. Next come the staff & HR. Again, they’ve selected like-minded people. Genuinely nice; no ego. I’ve been here over a year now. The company is flawless. I don’t ever want to leave! Everything at your finger tips. An extremely comprehensive website that contains so much product detail; very well organised. Always updated.
Cons
The HQ is in Paris. I’m in Adelaide. If they can find a way to bring Australia right next to the Paris office (maybe a portal or something) I’ll be extra happy! 🤣
