- Small company, so there are many opportunities to learn. If you're motivated, you can quickly develop new skills and gain experiences - Some colleagues are truly amazing people and make the toxic work environment better

Cons

- No real work-life balance - Alcohol is very present in the company culture - Important decisions are made by a small group of people, often based on instinct rather than data - Career growth can depend more on being friend with the right people than on performance - Inappropriate workplace behaviors are tolerated, it feels more like a school playground - Posts on social media doesn't match the reality inside the company
