      You can learn people cheating management from them

      Cons

      1. H1 B transfer or fresh H1 B fees - employee should pay. 2. there is no guarantee they will file your H1 petition even though you pay the fees. 3. Green card - Hassle and you have to pay half of your annual package 4. DOnt join here unless you are millionaire.

      Your bare min Salary is given every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Many : - Medical plan is very poor, Deductible 2500/person, 10,000 per Family - Medical Plan changes every June hence deductible gets reset twice a year once in June and other in December. - H1B & Green card cost is deducted from your salary - Company Promise 2 weeks of paid leaves but never pays. Overall i had many bad experience but can not mention at this public website. I left this company even without getting my Green Card, that too after 5 years.

      Pros

      Ok job, not much for training and to help advance your career. They are all talk about safety, but it is all lip service.

      Cons

      Upper management does not understand how to lead. Also, HR dept. has way to much control over management issues. They do not allow their managers to manage the people at their sites. Very frustrating as the HR senior person has a problem with all managers and goes out of her way to work against them!
