Pros

0, maybe the pay they use to trap you until you are no longer needed?

Cons

Fraudulent activity, they are using elder folk as cash cows. Multiple billing complaints from patients family members due to this, they do NOT care about you as an employee as I was fired with my father currently dying in the hospital. They allow the select picks to harass other employees whom do nothing wrong, on and on. You get 3.5 hours of vacation time PER every 2 week pay period, no sick time even with a Dr note.

Pros

Literally none. This is the most disorganized, corrupt company I’ve ever worked for.

Cons

Crazy co workers, bipolar, drama starting people that are completely full of themselves. Disorganization. Chaos. Wil literally fire you without warning and not give you a reason why they are firing you. A real dumpster fire.

Pros

Flexible schedule and autonomy with your schedule.

Cons

Ooo so many. Out of touch admin. Unrealistic expectations. The shove shove shove of more more more visits so they can drop bills for these unsuspecting patients. The ruse given that they ‘care’ about the patients when they really just care about charging more chronic care management minutes to insurance companies, primarily Medicare and Medicare supplemental insurances. It’s no wonder that they haven’t been investigated by Medicare at this point. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were. It makes you sad in your soul. The only reason to stay is to try and help these people that genuinely need it. Sad they don’t get all that they should.
