      Probably nothing worth commenting except for some good colleagues.

      Cons

      Dishonest practices from management to staff levels. Lack of well-being support for staff. Salaries are not competitive and overworked.

      Learning and development, exposure to different operations, excellent team and promising collaborations

      Cons

      Travel time is more than 1.40 to and from and that is difficult. The plans to move to East of Singapore is delayed by 14 months. Hence looking for a change as I live in the East.
