Pros
The best thing was a good commute.
Cons
The controller had a volatile temperament and would have occasional outbursts of anger. Training was scattered at best and the trainer had a superiority complex. The atmosphere was not friendly. The corporate culture did not foster a good working environment for the employees but in fact created a hostile work environment. The health insurance was outrageously expensive as were the other benefits. Small family owned business with a great deal of nepotism.
