      * Good leadership particularly on Service * Great career progression opportunities either within SCIEX or across Danaher OpCo. * Good salary package * Good team to work in

      Good company with great technology that needs to expand its product footprint quickly to remain competitive with other players in the market

      Cons

      Still going through adjustments as a part of Danaher . Culture needs to be improved as despite their efforts it is a political working environment.
