Pros

Convenient parking, and meals are provided.

Cons

Management is full of drama and they drag employees along the way. The job is hard labor job, includes working in walk-in coolers, extremely repetative. Not friendly to new employees. New employees get terrible schedule (example...you work under 40 hrs and only have one day off). Not proper training. Unprofessional management all around. Facts get manipulated to their favor. Worst job experience ever!.

Pros

Someone help me find one?

Cons

managment frustrates you so much you develop a smoking habit. Managment refuses to match other companies in hourly rate. Only make $11 when the minimum on the ramp is now $13. Our office janitor now makes more than us. everyone in headquarters thinks everyone in the feild is stupid but when they come here they don't know what to do. Litteraly nobody stays for more than 2-4 weeks here anymore because it's not that hard to find a higher paying job at the airport. have to train a new person every week.

Pros

Weekly Paycheck Free food in the cafeteria. In general there are good people working there.

Cons

Scheduling is a crap-shoot, especially for new employees. Expect to be shifted around, and often. Management shows favoritism, is overworked and micromanages employees. Also doesn't have a real concept of personal boundaries. No real overtime. If it's ever offered its between 1-4 hours, tops. Mind numbing and repetitive work, with little to no opportunity for job growth within the company Cafeteria food may or may not be available, depending on the time of day and who is working in it that day.
