Projects are unorganized and timelines are tight. Creatives are expected to meet aggressive deadlines and work long hours, including nights and weekends. Most nights are 8:00pm. There is no creative leadership and no strategic direction. Account management is relatively inexperienced and lacks training to think strategically. Account managers do not partner with creative teams. Agency is privately owned and partners are heavily involved in daily projects. Agency does not employ a team-based approach and projects are not well managed. Leadership does not seem to care about its employees.
