Pros

The team environment is supportive, with genuinely good people to work with. There are plenty of team socials and everyone is made to feel included. From my experience (junior creative role) the workload is manageable and well within reach for someone with the right skills and qualifications. Communication is consistently clear, and the team encourages multiple iterations to refine projects and ensure they're client-ready.

Cons

While the role did give me opportunities to explore creative directions beyond my official responsibilities, it often felt like the company was stretching resources. The business may be in a financially unstable position, and they have a tendency to over-hire.
