- CEO comes off as friendly, but has unrealistic expectations of his employees and is disrespectful to them. - Underlying current of racism and discriminatory behavior from upper management. - Have to push back for a healthy work-life balance. - Upper management has unsaid expectation that an employee must explain the reason for taking their PTO (even if it's personal). - Lots of passive aggressivity from CEO and VP. - CEO and VP are incredibly unprofessional. - Complete management disaster - no guidance, no consistency, improper leadership. - CEO and VP are manipulative and abusive to their employees behind closed doors. - Almost all of the corporate employees feel miserable and burnt out, but are afraid to speak up. - Company morale is at an all-time low. Almost everyone is checked out. - Benefits are continually slashed. - Fluke with the time-management system used - ended up putting most employees' PTO balances into the negative when we were not aware. - Extreme micro-managing from the CEO. - CEO makes all employees post SD banner on their PERSONAL LinkedIn profile. - Save your mental health - this company is abusive and toxic to their employees.
