- Awesome team - Freedom of working remotely - Cutting edge platform I have been at the company for less than a year but already in that time I have learned a ton and been given a lot of opportunities to challenge myself. The scope of my responsibilities has expanded and I have been afforded a number of opportunities to pursue my interests. It is a really exciting time to be here as we are in the midst of building out our platform and no day is the same.

Cons

- Work/life balance can be an issue at times. But you know that it is because we are under deadline, so it is understandable - The decision making/approval process can be burdensome
