      Flexible work (depending on the team) There is no other pros

      Cons

      So many.. Management is very poor - They like to take big decisions without measuring the impact on staffs. They like to hide behind their screen when issue arises, it's like talking to a wall and instead of giving clear and honest answers, they will simply waste your time with some silly conversation. No salary review Higher management always have budget for their silly stuffs but no money for existing staffs. Experienced staffs are leaving or get terminated. Replaced with freshers or recruited in India's branch.

      Good flexibility with room to grow in management practices

      WFH flexibility and benefit from flexible hours help support work-life balance

      Cons

      Strict sick leave policy; employees are required to phone 2 hours prior to shift on personal number (Team messages not accepted), and return-to-work meeting is required even for short absences(1 day). Compensation generally below market, and recognition can feel more tied to visibility than results
