      Pros

      Family values, deep bench of experience to pull from, experienced leadership, lots of partnerships, excellent client base, brand new facilities in late 2015

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons about SDGblue off hand. Every place has it's ups and downs, but all in all, it was a fantastic place to work and propelled my career

      Pros

      SDGblue has great team members in all departments and across the board is a family-oriented company. Management invests in each team member on an individual level. The attention is on the clients, but they do it by investing in the team members. There are technology experts in every department that are the best in the region, no doubt. Management gives Education time and educational assistance for those that want to pursue certifications like MCSA, CCNA, Sec+, Network+ or CISSP.

      Long-term Career advancement (under 50 employees).
