1. Working 6 days a week(sometimes 7 days as well) 2. 3 Months Notice Period at this company 3. Initially they give a probation period of 2 months, then extend it by next 2 months so as to not prevent you from getting paid leaves as in this company it is a policy that you cannot take paid leaves in probation period. 4. They call you for an interview and then they make you work from the next day and after few days they give you offer letter when you have completed some work with pathetic conditions like 3 month notice period,2 month probation period etc.
