      Honestly, I don’t have any pros to share.

      I worked at Sdsol Technology as a Senior SQA, and my performance was consistently strong. I built great coordination with my SQA team. However, in the lead role, management expected me to push the team excessively and treat them unfairly. The CEO frequently lays off employees, creating an unstable environment. If you’re seeking long-term stability, I would advise avoiding this company
