Compared to my employment at other firms. Literally NONE.

Cons

-No salary regularity -No structure in office -No compensation structure -No work life balance -Office Politics -CEO does not stay up to the word and does not have a determined and well structured agreement, adds or removes terms to his favor -First 15 days no salary work -If you leave they do not clear the FNF and they ignore you thinking you are fools to even understand. -The course to be sold is not worth.
